Marcella Bos is the founder and driving force behind Bos Matchworks.  Our work focuses on Meeting, Connection and Experience. We strive to create meaningful meetings where people come first. The focus is on peoples’ experience and our goal is to turn this experience into a memorable one!
Bos Matchworks stands for personal contact, open communication, creativity, excitement, connection, diligence and quality. Marcella’s experience in the Netherlands and other countries with personal and team development programs have demonstrated her ability to get people and teams performing at their very best. Together with sociologist Johan Rippen, Marcella is the architect of the 5 Wheel Drive concept. This concept makes you focus on the experience of your guests, visitors, participants or public. It illustrates the various processes and parameters involved in generating, maintaining and reinforcing participants’ experience during an event.
