Marcella has achieved in giving the finance & administration team of TNT Innight Austria GmbH a very successful teambuilding event. We have spent one day in Vienna where we all got to know each other more personally and did new things. All was done in a very relaxed atmosphere with clear guidance from Marcella, but with enough freedom to feel no pressure on participating in the activities.

At the end of the day we all agreed mutually on values for our team, each of us made a team painting. The values, combined with pictures of the day and the paintings are now hanging in the room where we have our joint lunches to remember us of this powerful day. As a team we have grown closer, also after the day and are now functioning as a real team that works together, helps each other and stand up for each other even though we all come from different starting points.

Marcella really managed to organize the activities that were suitable for the team and fulfilled my expectations. The goal was to make from the separate members a real team, taking into account our different levels of experience with the company, our different nationalities and characters and genders.

As an extra challenge the language of the day was German since TNT Innight Austria is situated in Vienna, this was no problem for Marcella either! Each of the team members was able to communicate with her and each other, and not just verbally!
